These homemade Cranberry Bliss Bars taste just like the Starbucks classic, with a chewy blondie base, tangy cream cheese frosting, and festive cranberries drizzled with white chocolate.

- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for frosting)
- 4 ounces white chocolate, melted (for drizzle)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and ground ginger. Slowly fold dry ingredients into wet mixture.
- Stir in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
- Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 25–28 minutes until golden around the edges and set in the middle.
- Let the bars cool completely before frosting.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over cooled bars.
- Sprinkle chopped cranberries on top and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
- Slice into squares or triangles, serve, and enjoy.
