Description

These homemade Cranberry Bliss Bars taste just like the Starbucks classic, with a chewy blondie base, tangy cream cheese frosting, and festive cranberries drizzled with white chocolate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for frosting)
  • 4 ounces white chocolate, melted (for drizzle)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and ground ginger. Slowly fold dry ingredients into wet mixture.
  4. Stir in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  5. Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 25–28 minutes until golden around the edges and set in the middle.
  6. Let the bars cool completely before frosting.
  7. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over cooled bars.
  8. Sprinkle chopped cranberries on top and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
  9. Slice into squares or triangles, serve, and enjoy.

Notes

  • Chill bars before slicing for neat, bakery-style cuts.
  • Add a pinch of orange zest to the frosting for extra holiday flavor.
  • Bars store best in the refrigerator due to cream cheese frosting.
