Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crab meat (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix shrimp, crab, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chili flakes until combined.
  3. Flatten each biscuit or dough piece into a small circle. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of seafood mixture into the center and pinch the dough closed to seal into a ball.
  4. Place each stuffed ball seam-side down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
