Scale
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup crab meat (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix shrimp, crab, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chili flakes until combined.
- Flatten each biscuit or dough piece into a small circle. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of seafood mixture into the center and pinch the dough closed to seal into a ball.
- Place each stuffed ball seam-side down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve warm with lemon wedges or spicy aioli for dipping.
Notes
- Use fresh or canned crab, but drain well if canned to avoid watery filling.
- Add extra chili flakes or a dash of hot sauce for a spicier kick.
- Great for appetizers or game day snacks!
