Description
Cold Brew Coffee is a smooth, mellow, and naturally sweet iced coffee that’s brewed slowly with cold water for a rich flavor and low acidity. It’s easy to make at home and perfect for sipping all week long.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup coarsely ground coffee
- 4 cups cold or room temperature filtered water
Instructions
- In a large jar or pitcher, add coarsely ground coffee.
- Pour in water slowly, stirring to fully saturate the grounds.
- Cover and steep at room temperature or in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.
- Strain through a fine mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth or a coffee filter into a clean container.
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week. Dilute to taste and serve over ice.
Notes
