- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions
- Place a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Melt the butter, then stir in the brown sugar and cinnamon. Let it simmer into a smooth sauce.
- Add the banana slices to the bubbling sauce and cook for 2–3 minutes per side.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and allow the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Scoop vanilla ice cream into bowls.
- Spoon the warm banana mixture and sauce over the ice cream and serve immediately.
