Description

A sweet and fun dessert pizza topped with cinnamon sugar and drizzled with icing, making it a perfect treat for sharing or a special dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp milk (or more for desired consistency)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a circle or rectangle to your desired size.
  2. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush the dough with melted butter, covering it evenly.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the buttered dough, covering it evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the sugar is melted.
  5. While the pizza bakes, prepare the icing by whisking together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk in a bowl until smooth. Add more milk if needed to reach a drizzle consistency.
  6. Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly before drizzling the icing over the top.
  7. Cut into slices and serve warm for a delicious dessert treat.

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the amount of cinnamon sugar to suit your taste preference.
  • If you prefer a thicker icing, add more powdered sugar.
