- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp milk (or more for desired consistency)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a circle or rectangle to your desired size.
- Place the dough on a greased baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush the dough with melted butter, covering it evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the buttered dough, covering it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the sugar is melted.
- While the pizza bakes, prepare the icing by whisking together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk in a bowl until smooth. Add more milk if needed to reach a drizzle consistency.
- Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly before drizzling the icing over the top.
- Cut into slices and serve warm for a delicious dessert treat.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the amount of cinnamon sugar to suit your taste preference.
- If you prefer a thicker icing, add more powdered sugar.
