These homemade chocolate glazed doughnuts are soft, fluffy, and coated with a glossy, rich chocolate glaze. Perfect for a weekend treat or special breakfast, they’re as beautiful as they are delicious.

			- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
 - 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
 - ¾ cup warm milk
 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
 - 2 large eggs
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - Vegetable oil, for frying
 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
 - ½ cup heavy cream
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
Instructions
- Warm the milk to about 110°F, then mix with yeast and sugar. Let rest for 10 minutes until frothy.
 - Add eggs, melted butter, and salt to the yeast mixture. Gradually mix in flour until dough forms.
 - Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
 - Roll dough to ½ inch thick and cut doughnuts using a cutter.
 - Heat oil to 350°F. Fry doughnuts for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
 - Melt chocolate chips and cream together, then stir in vanilla to make the glaze.
 - Dip each doughnut into the glaze and let set before serving.

- Dip doughnuts in glaze while still warm for the perfect shine.
 - You can refrigerate the dough overnight for convenience.
 - Reheat leftovers for a few seconds in the microwave for a fresh taste.
