Description

Ingredients

  • 200 grams cooked turkey slices
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 150 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix shredded mozzarella with salt and black pepper.
  3. Place bread slices on the baking sheet and spread softened butter evenly over each slice.
  4. Layer turkey slices evenly over the bread.
