- 200 grams cooked turkey slices
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 150 grams)
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix shredded mozzarella with salt and black pepper.
- Place bread slices on the baking sheet and spread softened butter evenly over each slice.
- Layer turkey slices evenly over the bread.
- Sprinkle the seasoned mozzarella generously on top.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly and edges are golden.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, slice if desired, and serve warm.
