Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Place your mixing bowl and beaters or whisk in the freezer for about 10 minutes to chill.
  2. Remove the bowl and pour in the cold heavy whipping cream.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream.
  4. Begin mixing on low speed, gradually increasing to medium-high speed.
  5. Whip until soft peaks form and the cream holds its shape but remains smooth.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  7. Use immediately or store covered in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours.
