- 200g (7 oz) dark chocolate, chopped
- 175g (3/4 cup) unsalted butter
- 200g (1 cup) granulated sugar
- 150g (3/4 cup) brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 125g (1 cup) all-purpose flour
- 30g (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 Cadbury Creme Eggs, halved

Preheat Oven & Prepare Pan:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease and line a 9×9-inch (23cm) baking pan with parchment paper.

Melt Chocolate & Butter:
- In a heatproof bowl, melt the chocolate and butter together over a double boiler or in the microwave (in 30-second intervals). Stir until smooth.

Mix Wet Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture, stirring continuously.

Add Dry Ingredients:
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gently fold until combined, avoiding overmixing.

Bake the Brownies:
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are set but the center remains slightly gooey.

Add the Cadbury Creme Eggs:
- Remove the brownies from the oven and gently press the halved Cadbury Creme Eggs (cut side up) into the surface.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to soften the eggs.
