Description

A golden loaf filled with shredded buffalo chicken, cream cheese, and melted mozzarella and cheddar, baked until bubbly and crisp, perfect for game day or a cozy snack

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 large French bread loaf
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, mozzarella, and cheddar in a large bowl, mixing until evenly combined and creamy
  3. Prepare the French bread by slicing it lengthwise and hollowing out some of the center to create space for the filling
  4. Assemble by spooning the buffalo chicken mixture into the hollowed bread, spreading it evenly along the length of the loaf
  5. Cook to Perfection by placing the filled bread halves on the prepared baking sheet, brushing the tops with melted butter and sprinkling garlic powder, then bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden
