Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, softened butter, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until a smooth, thick mixture forms.
  2. Roll the mixture into evenly sized balls, about 1 tablespoon each, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Refrigerate the peanut butter balls for 30 minutes until firm.
  4. Gently melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips until smooth.
  5. Dip each chilled peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, leaving a small portion of peanut butter visible at the top.
