Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into individual triangles.
- Place a spoonful of cream cheese mixture on each triangle, add a few blueberries, and roll up from the wide end to the point.
- Arrange rolls on the baking sheet, brush tops with beaten egg, and bake for 12–14 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- Pat blueberries dry before adding to prevent excess liquid.
- Don’t overfill rolls to avoid leakage while baking.
- For extra sweetness, drizzle with a powdered sugar glaze instead of dusting.
