Description

Flaky crescent rolls filled with creamy sweetened cream cheese and juicy blueberries, baked to golden perfection for a quick and irresistible treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into individual triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of cream cheese mixture on each triangle, add a few blueberries, and roll up from the wide end to the point.
  5. Arrange rolls on the baking sheet, brush tops with beaten egg, and bake for 12–14 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • Pat blueberries dry before adding to prevent excess liquid.
  • Don’t overfill rolls to avoid leakage while baking.
  • For extra sweetness, drizzle with a powdered sugar glaze instead of dusting.
