- 1 1/2 cups cold water
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 (11 oz) box vanilla wafers
- 4–5 ripe bananas, sliced
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and cold water until combined.
- Add the pudding mix and whisk for about 2 minutes until thickened. Refrigerate for at least 5 minutes to set.
- In another bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until fully combined and smooth.
- In a 9×13-inch dish, layer vanilla wafers, followed by banana slices, then spread a layer of pudding mixture over the top. Repeat the layers, ending with the pudding mixture.
- Crush a few vanilla wafers and sprinkle them on top for garnish.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
