- 1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce (whole berry preferred)
- Zest from 1/2 an Orange
- 1 Fresh Rosemary Sprig (optional, for garnish)
- Crackers or Sliced Baguette (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine cranberry sauce and orange zest.
- Place the brie wheel on the baking sheet. Score the top lightly in a crisscross pattern if desired.
- Spoon the cranberry mixture over the top of the brie. Add rosemary sprig if using.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the brie is soft and gooey.
- Let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer carefully to a serving plate.
- Serve warm with crackers, baguette, or fruit slices.
