Description

Golden, flaky baked brie topped with tart cranberry sauce and aromatic rosemary — the perfect elegant appetizer for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 wheel brie cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • All-purpose flour, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly flour a surface and roll out the puff pastry sheet. Place the brie in the center.
  3. Top the brie with cranberry sauce and a few rosemary sprigs.
  4. Wrap the pastry around the brie, folding and sealing the edges. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush with egg wash and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with crackers or fruit.

Notes

  • Chill the brie before wrapping for better handling.
  • Use decorative pastry cut-outs for a festive touch.
  • Let it rest before slicing to prevent excessive cheese leakage.
