- 1 wheel brie cheese (8 oz)
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 egg, beaten
- All-purpose flour, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lightly flour a surface and roll out the puff pastry sheet. Place the brie in the center.
- Top the brie with cranberry sauce and a few rosemary sprigs.
- Wrap the pastry around the brie, folding and sealing the edges. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with crackers or fruit.
