Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by dicing the avocado, strawberries, and mango, then finely chop the red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, mango, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
- Gently fold in the diced avocado to keep it from mashing.
- Drizzle with lime juice, sprinkle with salt, and add olive oil if using.
- Toss gently until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Chill for 10–15 minutes to let the flavors develop, then serve fresh with chips or grilled dishes.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm fruit to maintain texture.
- Add lime juice right before serving to keep avocado fresh.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less jalapeño.
