Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
  • 2 large avocados, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and lime juice.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
