- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder

- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4–5 medium russet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well-blended.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish for non-stick ease.
- Layer the sliced potatoes and onions at the bottom of the dish. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the potatoes, then pour the milk over it all. Sprinkle the flour evenly. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60-75 minutes, checking occasionally until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool briefly to set flavors before serving.
