- 100 grams unsalted butter, melted
- 400 grams cream cheese, softened
- 397 grams sweetened condensed milk
- 300 grams canned mandarin segments, well drained
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius if baking the base.
- Mix crushed digestive biscuits with melted butter until combined.
- Press mixture firmly into a 20 centimeter springform pan and chill for 20 minutes or bake for 10 minutes and cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sweetened condensed milk until creamy.
- Spread filling over prepared base evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Top with well drained mandarin segments before serving.
