  • 397 grams sweetened condensed milk
  • 300 grams canned mandarin segments, well drained


Instructions

  2. Mix crushed digestive biscuits with melted butter until combined.
  3. Press mixture firmly into a 20 centimeter springform pan and chill for 20 minutes or bake for 10 minutes and cool completely.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sweetened condensed milk until creamy.
  5. Spread filling over prepared base evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  7. Top with well drained mandarin segments before serving.
