Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Cut the shortcake biscuits or sponge cake into small bite-sized pieces.
- To assemble, spoon a small dollop of the cream cheese mixture onto each biscuit piece.
- Top with a few slices of fresh strawberries.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
