- 200 grams cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 150 grams)

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
- Arrange the chicken fillets in a single layer in the dish.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75 degrees Celsius and the cheese is melted and golden.
- Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra golden color, broil for 2 minutes at the end of baking.
