  • 200 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 150 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
  4. Arrange the chicken fillets in a single layer in the dish.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each fillet.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75 degrees Celsius and the cheese is melted and golden.
