Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Prepare 4 clear glasses or jars and ensure they are clean and dry.
- Spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of each glass.
- Add a layer of fresh raspberries over the yogurt.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the raspberries.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a few raspberries on top.
- Serve immediately for maximum crunch, or chill for 15 to 20 minutes before serving if desired.
