Description

A creamy, fruity, and crunchy raspberry parfait made with layers of Greek yogurt, fresh raspberries, and golden granola. Ready in just 10 minutes, this refreshing treat is perfect for breakfast, snack time, or a light dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups fresh raspberries, washed and gently dried
  • 1 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Prepare 4 clear glasses or jars and ensure they are clean and dry.
  3. Spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of each glass.
  4. Add a layer of fresh raspberries over the yogurt.
  5. Sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the raspberries.
  6. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a few raspberries on top.
  7. Serve immediately for maximum crunch, or chill for 15 to 20 minutes before serving if desired.

Notes

  • Add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.
  • Taste the yogurt before layering and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Use thick Greek yogurt for well-defined layers.
  • Store assembled parfaits in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, though granola may soften.
